Smile Hotel Shin-Osaka, Osaka

I booked a larger room with my partner, and it was incredibly spacious compared to typical Japanese hotel standards. The toilet was large, equipped with a bidet and a bathtub, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable, making our experience enjoyable throughout our time there.

The bathroom in my room was well-designed and tidy. I appreciated having a bathtub and a bidet, which made it very convenient after a long day. Everything from body wash to shampoo was provided, and I loved the fact that the cleaning staff did excellent work daily, refreshing the room and bathroom thoroughly.

One of my main priorities during my stay was having good internet access. The WiFi worked perfectly, allowing me to stay connected and stream shows in the evenings. It was reliable and fast, which made it easy to plan my travels and keep in touch with family back home.

The hotel provided a very useful laundry facility. I made use of it several times during my stay, as it was easily accessible and not expensive at all-only 300 yen to wash and 100 yen to dry. It made managing my wardrobe during my trip so much easier without any hassle.
